Orders must be placed before 12pm to receive it next day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
These delivery methods could be affected during delivery strikes or busy periods such as Christmas. This is out of our control and we will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner. Any delays will be communicated to you.
Order Dispatch Times
Monday - Friday
For orders received before 12pm Monday – Friday, goods are dispatched the same day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.
If there will be a delay to your dispatch, this will be communicated to you and you will be provided with an updated timeline.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
We currently do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday, bank and public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered based on the delivery option chosen and as illustrated above.
All delivery times are estimated and WONDERBALM Ltd cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries aside of the estimated services we offer.
Damages, shortages, missing items or order queries
Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to hello@wonderbalm.com and by telephoning 01273 32 32 32 after this time period we will not be able to process a claim.
If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.
Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.
To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

Please call or email us stating the reason you would like to return the item.
Confirm to us that the item is unused and unopened with all packaging intact.
- Provide your order number from your delivery note
- We will provide a returns reference
- Re-package the product using strong packaging and ensuring it is sealed
- Return your item to us using a trackable service
Upon receipt and once inspected by WONDERBALM Ltd. and if in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund for the amount owed for the item less any delivery charges.
We do strongly recommend that all returns are packed well and sent via a recorded/tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery. WONDERBALM Ltd. cannot be held liable for lost returns.
