Damaged or Incorrect Delivery Policy

We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

REPORTING A PROBLEM

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if there are missing or incorrect items, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

While we encourage prompt reporting to speed up resolution, please note that your legal rights are not affected if you contact us after this window. Under UK law, you have up to 30 days to reject goods that are faulty or not as described.

PARCEL DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If your parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • You may refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender.

  • If you accept a damaged parcel, please note the damage on the delivery record (e.g., via handheld device or delivery slip) and take photos of the packaging and contents as received.

This helps us process claims with our delivery partners.

Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to love your WONDERBALM experience. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy in line with UK consumer law.

14 DAY CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

Please note, we cannot process returns for items purchased with external retailers.

30 DAY FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. You're entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Package the item securely, including the original packing slip and the returns reference you have been given by our customer service team.
